The sunflower varieties are bred, multiplied and produced by our own fields in Argentina, one of the three major sunflower producers in the world. The fertile soil of the Argentine Pampas and a suitable climate, provide excellent conditions for growing this oleaginous crop.
Among sunflower varieties, two types can be distinguished: the oilseed, which is processed into sunflower oil, and the confection sunflower, used in food products for human consumption.
